Where do you ship?
We ship across Europe (the 27 EU Member States plus the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway) and to the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
EU, Switzerland and Norway: flat €9.95 per order, free on orders over €100. United Kingdom: flat €14.95 per order. United States: flat €24.95 per order.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within Europe, and 7–14 business days for the United States, depending on the carrier and customs.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with no mention of the contents on the outside.
Can I return an item?
Consumers in the EU benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. See our Terms & Conditions for the full procedure. Sealed goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons are excluded.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept only BANK TRANSFER AT THE MOMENT. After placing your order, you will receive our bank details to complete the payment.
Are cannabis seeds legal?
Cannabis seeds are sold as collectibles and for genetic preservation. Their legal status varies by country and region — it is your responsibility to check local laws before purchasing or germinating.
Do I need to be of legal age to order?
Yes. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country) to place an order on Fresh Terps Gear.
